  Renovation of Grade 2 listed barn and conversion

  Jan and his team undertook the task of rebuilding a medieval barn, from putting in foundations to reroofing and converting the inside space to liveable accomodation. There were numerous challenges along the way including limited space, planning departments, unseen structural issues and more, which the team dealt with, and we now have a fantastic space.

  I would recommend this company everytime. Indeed I shall be using them again in the very near future. I was most impressed by their speed in coming back to me with a quote. They always turned on time when they said they would and the job done was excellent.

  A major refurbishment of the house, inside and out!

  SPD Cambs have been working with me for about 9 months on refurbishing and restructuring my house which was built in 1825. They have been wonderful, completing work to the highest standards and going the extra mile to ensure the job was done to the highest specification. They built and created a new library, ensuite master-bedroom, walk in wardrobe, a new utility room, a wine cellar and refurbished the attic and the roof. They brought in and managed perfectly subcontractors for the bifold-doors into the garden and roof repairs. I could not have asked for better support and results.
