Everything was perfect - from the first phone call until final completion of the job today.

We telephoned SPC Pest Control and left a voicemail which was promptly returned. An appointment was made for a few days later and when Sharon came out she thoroughly assessed our whole garden. She then went on to explain her recommendations and carried the necessary work required. She came back to the two more times and each time communicated her findings with us.

Sharon surveyed my property to find the source of entry. She found that they were entering my house through an old disused pipe into my cavity then into the loft. Sharon and her colleague fitted metal caps over the two entry points. After the entry points were blocked there has been no evidence of rats . I am very grateful for their work and I highly recommended Sharon and her colleague.
