  Rear extension and garage conversion

  From the outset, SP Builders were professional, friendly and great to work with - patient and understanding with kids and dogs as well. They completed the work to budget, on time and we honestly couldn’t be happier. They have made our vision a reality and their input and experience along the way proved invaluable. They helped us make the right decisions and some additional design cues have elevated the build. It’s been a real joy to work with such a great team, we can’t thank them enough and we are looking forward to having them back for our future projects.

  Combining Kitchen and Utility room and fitting a kitchen

  SP Builders did an excellent job combining the kitchen and utility room and fitting the kitchen. The work necessitated knocking down a wall, fitting an RSJ, creating a new door and bricking up the exisiting door. They used excellent trades people and they were all friendly and very professional. The kitchen fitting went really well and the attention to detail was first class. The work was completed to the agreed plan and the final cost was in line with the original estimate. They kept the worksite clean and tidy at all times and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

  Up stairs and Down stairs extension

  I could not recommend enough all staff was polite and respectful, they was very helpful and thorough throughout the time of the work being done. Well worth choosing they keep things tidy as they can and always checked to make sure that we was happy with the jobs being done.

  Steel Work, Walls Knocked Through and Brickwork

  We would recommend SP Builders and Son Ltd without any hesitation at all. Steve, Nick and the team are hardworking, friendly, polite, tidy and take real pride in the work that they do. They communicated and shared knowledge throughout the 5 week project and the job was carried out with as little disruption as possible, completely stress free. We were very impressed and could not be happier, thank you!

  Me and my wife were absolutely over the moon with SP Builders. From start to finish the communication was great. We were regularly updated. We got to assess the progress throughout in a very transparent way. The quality of the work is superb and we felt that no time was wasted. Anything that needed discussion or negotiation was dealt with fairly and appropriately. Plus you were able to get along with everyone on the job at all stages. We will 100% use SP Builders again for future work and can happily recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Nick and Team!

  Single storey rear extension

  I had a single storey rear extension completed by Nick ,Steve and the Team really pleased with the end result. The Team was all extremely professional, polite and very tidy and made the whole process seem very easy and provided excellent advice when required. A huge Thank you to all involved !
