Nathan was very professional when carrying out the work at my property. He resolved my issue and ensure my roof was fixed and my original leaked was sorted. He also explained everything he was doing and why. As well as showing me images etc of what he was working on. He always made sure that I was fully aware of everything and the state of the work. Moreover, he did everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him and will definitely contact him again if I ever need in the future.

Spartan roofing contacted me by telephone about 5 minutes after I reported the issue. Their communication was excellent. They inspected the issue only a day after it was reported and then they managed to do the repair that same week also. The main roofer (Nathan) was polite and very honest with his pricing as was the most reasonable I had seen after getting another quote. The quality of the work was 10/10 also.

Positive experience using Nathan. He came out when he said he would and completed the job quickly. Reasonably priced. Would use again.

Good communication. Completed the job in good time. Asked for a large deposit, but kept to his word regarding timing and what to expect.

Nathan come out assessed the work needing doing agreed on a price . Did everything he said very happy with the completion. He went above and beyond to help us out .

Talked a good fight but failed to deliver promises, left part of the roof unfinished before moving on to another job.. promised to return 2 days later to finish the job , didn’t appear and didn’t contact us woth update - left hanging- should not have paid him before the job was finished- my bad- so earned do not pay this guy until the job is completed. This lack of professionalism cost this guy jobs for both of our neighbours. My son is a policeman , so he is advising us on the next steps to take.. I am always skeptical about established businesses who have to tout for work these sites.
