The Spartan team have just completed front and back facade restoration at my Victorian property and I am so happy with the result! It’s like a different house. I was recommended Spartan and they exceeded my expectations. I’m always nervous about people coming and going in my house but Jack, Harry, Andy and Sam were very respectful and kept me updated throughout. Also with my the neighbours, which was appreciated. I’d thoroughly recommend Spartan to anyone looking to do external facade restoration.

The Spartan team were great. From initial quote through to completion of works it was a straightforward, transparent process. Team on site were easy to get on with and hard working. We are in a conservation area so repointing included some extra complexity and was coupled with new windows, rebuilt cills and some chimney works. All completed to a very high standard. In particular, we replaced a door with a window half the size which the team sourced like for like bricks and bricked up exactly to the window specifications such that on day of fitting it was a very simple process.

Sam and his team carefully removed the old defective render and re rendered the house. The new render finish is smooth and looks great. Would highly recommend and will use Spartan again.

Spartan Restoration have done an amazing job cleaning the bricks and repointing the front façade my house. They did such a good job, I then wanted my front garden hardscaped with a mosaic path and new wall built from bricks to match the house. Sam and his team did an excellent job of repointing the front wall of our house including masonry work. They are hard working, polite and punctual and left the premises very clean and tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend them.
