These guys are something special ! Attention to detail, brilliant diagnosis of the problem - where a couple of other firms had totally failed- and utterly professional. Add to that brilliant communications and inter personal skills and attention to detail and you have the recipe for a good experience. These guys will always be my first choice.

Ryan was totally professional throughout. He is a great communicator, giving precise explanations of what is needed and providing detailed updates during and after work carried out. Ryan responds promptly to questions and is unfailingly polite. The work was done on a Victorian building which had had water ingress issues for sometime. Ryan has specialist knowledge of such buildings and was able to fix a recurrent problem. He is thoroughly recommended.

Found Spartan following a Checkatrade search and got them to demolish a large concrete wall and rebuild in brick. Owner Ryan is everything you want in a tradesman - polite, friendly, patient, clean and tidy, thorough, conscientious, very good with communication, very good with the neighbours and, most importantly, very good at his job! He makes sure that anyone he brings to help with the job are the same. If you’re hesitating over who to choose to carry out your construction job, stop now and choose Ryan - you won’t regret it!

Had a brick porch built with cavity Installation, a pitched roof, and a composite door. Also had two existing windows removed, and bricked up with installation. Ryan was plesent and friendly. Every day he would explained to me in detail the next stage of the project and the work that would be involved. It really gave me an insight of building construction. He knew our concern was heat loss and adding extra insulation. The temperature outside has now plummeted and we already feel the difference when we turn on the central heating. Can't thank him enough.
