Jay and ?name did a tremendous job, my house was in need of waterproofing, re render as the old brickwork @ 1902 house was in a poor state. They fully removed old mortar, replaced with new and replacement of damaged bricks across the front walls of my house and also some patchwork along other walls of my house. They tidied up every day before leaving and spent 3 1/2 days working painstakingly on my brickwork. Would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Jay and his team were great. When he visited to quote he took a lot of time to look at the problems we had, inspect and think about the best way to approach the word needed. He promptly delivered a quote breaking down costs of work and materials. When he came to do the work, it was done to a high standard and cleaned up nicely when he finished.

SPARTAN BUILDING SERVICES. Excellent work, done with care and skill. They are courteous, friendly and approachable. The work area was cleaned at the end of every working day and debris taken away. A written quote was given before work commenced and a written invoice given when all payments were due. We are delighted with the work carried out and would definitely use Spartan Building Services again. We have already recommended Spartan Building Services to some of our friends.

Jay and his colleague from the quote to finish were absolutely brilliant, we couldn't praise them enough. The quote was very fair (not like some)! all work carried out was first class. At the end of every day they cleaned up around the house. Just like to add 2 very polite and caring men. my neighbour across the road was waiting how they worked , and now they are actually repointing his house as I write this review. Thank you Jay 🙂

Did a great job

Jay from quote to job done kept us updated all the way. Jay Anderson colleague worked extremely hard in a very dirty loft; leaving a loft now looking great. Good quote and no payment until jobs completed 🙂. Booked to fully repoint house in January. I highly recommend this very professional service 👏
