From quote through to completion, Jay was friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Jay repointed our semi detached house, bricked up old windows, and flaunched our chimney. He has an exceptional eye for detail, and his quality of work was outstanding. He kept our neighbours informed of dusty works, cleaned up at the end of every day, and generally respected our property. He turned up every day, communicated often, and kept us up to date of his progress and his plan. I can't recommend Jay highly enough - I have even passed his details on to my parents for some work on their house.

I needed some regrouting, repairing and additional work on my garden paving, following sub standard work by a different company 18 months earlier. Jay at Spartan, looked at the job, advised me what needed doing and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on time, and worked steadily and effectively to put everything right. He explained what he was doing at each step and did a very professional job. I am extremely happy with the quality of his work , his understanding of what needed doing and I would highly recommend Spartan. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company for any other work.

Jay was professional, a good communicator and reliable. Jay spoke to me about the job in detail, we chose a date that worked and Jay turned up when we confirmed. Jay was very professional, came when he said he would to look at the job and gave a detailed explaination of what was needed. Came back with a quote quite quickly and got the job booked in as soon as he could. He communicated with us through it all and was very thorough with his work. Had a little leak from the gutter a week later but he came out straight away and sorted it out. would highly recommend, very professional, kind, and very good at what he does.
