  Reliable competent contractors

  Sparsi Build and Design (Lloyd and Matt) carried out a job for me in 2023. The ceiling in my flat had collapsed due to a leak from the flat upstairs The work was done to a high standard and I have not had any problems with it since then I employed them again this year to fix a problem, at my own expense related to damp in my flat . This involved similar plastering and painting to the previous job. This j has just been completed and again I am very pleased with the result Lloyd and Matt are reliable and easy to deal with and I would recommend the company for building work

  Fire door remedial works

  I used Lloyd to complete some works to a fire door at property following issues picked up on a door survey. He visited the property and provided a quote for the works which was very reasonable, after accepting the quote he booked in the works for the following week. The works were completed to a high standard and left clean and tidy on completion. Would recommend Sparsi Build and Design.

  Sparsi build and design ltd are a highly skilled and professional team always on time providing a great service to a very high level Lloyd and matt are a polite and friendly team and I would highly recommend them They completed a loft conversion creating us a beautiful master bedroom with an on suite bathroom Work was a very high standard

  New Wooden Balcony

  A professional job using good quality timber. The two carpenters/builders worked well together and didn’t stop even when it rained. They were polite and gave great advise when needed. They removed all rubbish and left the area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend them for any capentry/ building works. They will be doing more work for me.
