I am not one to leave many reviews but i had to as i can't thank barry enough. Barry is by far the best decorator i have seen , he is punctual , clean and very professional . As we both work we couldn't be there so we left barry to it gave him a key and he cracked on, when we came home every night he cleaned up after himself and left no mess at all. The finish on his work is amazing , from painting to filling , to oiling doors and varnishing you can see why it pays to have a good painter and decorator and i will be using barry again and again.

In all we had work done in three parts. Two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen - June 2024. External garage, porch and back gate - July 2024. Hall, landing and stairway -October 2024. Barry has many commendable qualities:- attention to detail produced a finish of highest quality value for money methodical Work areas left clean and tidy at the end of each day a cheerful person to have around We have him booked for some more work this year and would not hesitate to recommend his services

Barry is one of the best decorators we’ve ever used and we will probably continue using him. He is very professional and personable to have in your home. His work is very good, he is tidy, clean, reliable and communicates well. We would happily recommend him.

Sparrow Decor did an amazing job of transforming our bedroom. There was a lot of preparation work due to the fact we didn't want lining paper and they had to fill numerous tiny cracks and nicks to the walls and ceiling. The finish is first class and the painting fantastic, including all the woodwork. We are very happy and would definitely recommend.

We were recommended Barry by our next door neighbours and have used Barry for numerous jobs over the years. Barry's work first and foremost is first rate. I am a keen DIYer and attention to detail is key and I cannot fault the work that Barry has done for us, the finish is fantastic. Not only that, nothing is too much trouble, he is always on time and ensures the rooms he is working in are tidy before he leaves. I cannot recommend Barry enough and will be calling on his services again when we come to redoecroate second time around.

Our home has cedar wood barge boards and substantial wood facings above and below front lounge oriel window. Garage is built in a similar style. Roughly every 5 years, this wood work requires re-staining to keep it in tip top condition. First employed Barry about 10/11 years ago to undertake similar work and was very impressed with his very high standards. His co. Sparrow Decor came back 5 years ago to repeat work. This year Barry personally did the work so knew I could leave him to just get on with the job with no worries. The project was carried out in 2 stages in July which suited all concerned.
