A very professional and prompt service provided and carried out in a friendly manner. We were kept informed throughout the duration of the works including timescales and costs.

Harrison completed all the work required personally & no problems have been encountered with the remedial working, following the initial unsatisfactory EICR. He was on time, hardworking, very polite & friendly. His work, to my untrained eye, was excellent. Harrison displayed a degree of expertise & knowledge that provided customer confidence. As often is the case with busy traders, paperwork was a bit slow. However, this was made worse by the Christmas and New Year holiday period. The overall experience was positive & yes I would recommend Harrison & use his services again. Well done.
