  Wonderful team of cleaners and office staff. Friendly and a pleasure to have in the house. Do a great job, making the day they come the best day of the week for me! Very reliable, and prompt to respond when needed. If one of the team is unwell, they always do their utmost to find a replacement. Highly recommended.

  Household cleaning

  Cannot fault this company in any shape or form. From the onset, the ladies were kind, understanding and respectful. Their attention to detail and efficiency were second to none, my home always looks amazing and smells fabulous after their visits. They really do go above and beyond, especially when I had my baby and scheduled me in for an extra visit to ensure I came home from hospital to a clean and tidy home. Cannot recommend them enough!

  Deep clean

  The ladies that arrived to carry out the deep clean of my house were punctual and arrived equipped to tackle anything that was required. They completely the deep clean to such a high standard I was very impressed by their work, so much so that I have booked fortnightly cleans off the back of it! Communication with them is easy and straightforward and I can’t recommend them enough!

  End of tenancy cleaning for 2 properties

  The ladies that arrived where very polite and courteous. However we found afterwards that some areas had not been cleaned properly (shelves, kitchen cupboards and sliding door track not cleaned etc) and contacted Cursty to rectify this. We were surprised to find this especially as we did not specify a time limit for the clean. They did come back after to sort it out, however Cursty was incredibly passive aggressive during the visit. Very rude, reluctantly cleaned the missed parts and left the property in a huff. The other people I dealt with were nice but overall would not recommend.

  I had a property left in a dreadful state. The team at Sparkle and Shine where exceptional. I cannot rate/recommend them highly enough.
