  Boiler service

  Simon was very polite and did a great job. He tidied up after himself and made sure I understood the process and what he was doing wheni asked questions. He checked other gas appliances in the home as well and made sure carbon monoxide testers were in working order. Will definitely be booking in again this year for my annual service and will also call if any issues occur in the meantime. Overall Friendly Polite Punctual Tidy And reasonably priced.

  Pressure issues

  Simon messaged me the same day I posted the job on CheckaTrade offering to assist. He said he could come the next day after work which worked for me. Unfortunately he got stuck on another job but called straight away to rearrange for the following day which was brilliant. Simon was quick to work out the issue and worked quickly to fix it. He gave the system time to test if what he had fixed worked before leaving and was very pleasant throughout. Not only that he explained things as he went so I understood. Thank you Simon.
