Just had new Hot Tub delivered from Spa Fix, we have been with them on a maintenance contract for our old Hot Tub for the last 10 years. We have always had Excellent service. Contacted Carl, Less than a week ago, about buying a new one and from point of contact with Carl, to insulation today, we can not believe what an Absolute Fantastic service we have had. Carl was responding to our emails even at 06.00 and his Engineers today were ~absolutely Fantastic, We Really can not recommend them enough

I've been with Spafix for a few years now - I have a maintenance contract in place with them for my hot tub. They've been great - they've always been great so about time I left a review! Gary's my favourite engineer - he knows the quirks of my hot tub and is always good to have a natter with. But all the folks at Spafix are great so I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.
