Richard worked with a client of ours in the design planning and building regulation application for a rear infill extension. As always, communication was first class and the design worked really well and ticked all the boxes for our client. Richard was also involved in assisting us in the project management side and working with him is always a pleasure Would highly recommend to anybody undertaking building work or alterations to their property.

The guys were able to switch out products that had already been specified by another designer to much cheaper ones that do the same job. It was magic!

He was patient with me through the design process and really helped work through my ideas, bringing them to life and making useful suggestions throughout and also a massive help simplifying the process of obtaining planning, assisting through each of the steps.

Richard was professional and friendly, the drawings helped us visualise the space and he walked us through the build from start to finish. Will definitely use Spacecraft next time.
