I had problems with my Stira loft ladder which required co-ordination with the supplier and two visits to fix. Aiden responded really quickly, gave a good price, and didn't give up until the problem was solved. I don't impress easily, and rarely give reviews, but I was very happy indeed with the service provided and would thoroughly recommend Space Aid Lofts Ltd (and Stira loft ladders too).

Would highly recommend Aiden! His communication and work were excellent and he was super organised and reliable. We needed a loft hatch installed to access the space between our ceiling and flat roof. Not the most standard request, but Aiden perfectly outlined the work required, how it would fit into the ceiling and between the rafters, and custom built and fitted the hatch without any issue.
