  Steve was recommended by a neighbour. The job was a small and relatively straight forward nevertheless Steve completed the job professionally and promptly. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

  Steve was polite, friendly, communicative, flexible and professional at all times. He went through everything with me in a way I could easily understand, he was transparent about the process and projected costs and whenever I had questions he was informative and reassuring. I felt comfortable with him and his team being in my home (I am female and live alone) and I was very happy with the quality of the work carried out.

  Remove a supporting wall

  S Owers Building Ltd was recommended to me to remove a supporting wall and put up supporting steels. We are so happy we used him. It was not an easy job with floor joists from the rooms above running in different directions. Steve worked with the structural surveyor directly which made that bit easy for us. On the job he was on time, he and his team worked hard, and did the job safely with attention to detail. They finished quicker than expected and did a nice job clearing up. The end result is brilliant. I would use these guys again and recommend them to others.

  Removal of a first floor bathroom extension and making good

  S Owers provided an exceptional service. The work was carried out in a tenanted property, so I was not present for the duration. Communication was therefore very important. I received regular updates and photos of progress as well as phone calls. They were very respectful of the tenants, keeping the area tidy, specially as the only access was through the house. The work is of a very good quality and I would definitely use them again and would be happy to recommend them.

  Landscaping, rebuilding patio and putting up a fence

  Steve and his team are amazing. I have known Steve for a long time and he always excels in his workmanship. I have a very steep garden, where I needed the steps redoing, new fencing putting up and patio tidying up. He did this in great time and fitted me in around his other jobs. I will always use Steve again. Also his team have hidden talents and build great decking for bee hives which they did 4 years
