10 Plastering ceilings

If you use this company you will not regret it, I’ve used the company on 5 or 6 occasions over the years and I think they have pretty much plastered the whole house. I can’t fault the work but you only really appreciate it when you come to decorate the walls or ceilings and then you see the quality of the plastering. It’s great when you get a contractor of this quality, hence we keep asking them back. Tony was very quick in responding to my enquiry and arranged for Darren to be with me in a couple of days. Darren arrived bright and early and managed to get the job done as planned in 2 days to a very high standard. Tony was excellent. From the beginning he provided us with a quote very quickly after reviewing the job and our requirements. Communication was very clear and arrived when he said he would. He kept everything very tidy and made sure not only our patio was well covered but also our neighbours driveway. Our neighbour has also commented to us about how respectful and polite he was. The work carried out is exactly as we expected and quoted and whilst we aren’t particularly local to where he is based did not rush the job. Made sure it was perfect for us. I am a sole trader with over 30 years’ experience in solid plastering, covering all aspects of plastering including; all 2 coat plaster work, ceilings and walls, over artex, all plasterboard work, sand and cement render. Silicone thin coat render, acrylic thin coat render, Monocouche render, all spray applied. I also have 10 years’ experience in Stucco Veneziano (polished Marble Plaster).
I have worked on commercial contracts in London including Canary Wharf Contractors, Overburys and Skanska. In 2003 I left to start South Woodham Plastering which I have run since then, just in South Woodham alone I estimate I have worked in approx. 2000 private houses in a town of 7,000.
I am fully insured. I take pride in my work and am also clean and tidy, polite and punctual. For two years (2012-2014) I taught students on a part time basis to gain their plastering NVQ at APC in Billericay, Essex.
