Scott has been prompt, friendly, tidy, knowledgeable and proficient in dealing with my tricky repointing job.

Scott and his staff were punctual and finished the bulk of the work in one day, despite freezing weather conditions. Scott kept me updated either progress throughout.

Scott was very communicative, and did an excellent job of repointing the chimney breast - we are really happy with how it has turned out. A heads up for anyone considering the same - it is very messy work, so in hindsight I would have covered the walls in advance of it being done as we needed to repaint.

Scott from Southwest Pointing has been a pleasure to deal with. He was very communicative and answered all the questions I had. The work carried out has been completed to a high standard and he left the area clean. Scott called me to clarify a change in the work once he had started as he found another crack which I really appreciated being kept informed of any changes. Scott even came back the next day to help investigate another problem we were having in the same area and helped us provide a temporary solution for our guttering at no extra cost, a true trade-gentleman!

Scott replaced the mortar in our Bath stone walls & replaced loose stones below ground level, leaving a nice overall finish and appearance. He was an easy person to work with, quick and efficient.

Scott was excellent. Came in bang on quote and kept us informed throughout. Turned up when he said he would and was helpful and friendly. The work appears to be top quality, certainly knows his stuff. Would totally recommend,
