Jack investigated and repaired a leaking toilet cistern by installing a new one together with a push-button flush and new isolatIon valve. Jack was polite, friendly, explained everything clearly, and the work was done to a high standard. We thought that at last we have found a reliable plumber to service our 3 properties. However, they let us down by not responding to our repeated requests to quote for a leaking mixer tap despite reassurances during 2 site visits. Two further reminders to Keir went unanswered. If a company doesn’t want the work, then it is important to let the customer know.

Keir was both upfront and honest with Prices and timings. Kept me informed through out the morning of works he was was undertaking and the finished product was better than I expected. Highly recommend. Very friendly guy and impeccable in both work and customer service.

I called another plumber, sent pictures, they did not bother calling back so called SW. They returned my call, gave me a time, kept me updated Etc. Jack did the job quickly, friendly, professionally. I would certainly use them again.

Arranged the work through Kier but it was Jack who came down to do the work. Very happy with the service, the job took longer than scheduled due to the shape of my Bath tap but Jack kept a smile on his face and got the work done. Thanks Kier and Jack, would recommend 100%.
