10 installed a positive input ventilation system in my loft

They were very good at keeping me updated and punctual. Worked around me regarding access to my home, were clean and tidied up any mess they created. They took great care that my ceiling did not fall in when cutting out the hole for the positive input ventilation system they installed. Turned up, agreed package of work and waited for quote. Chased and chased but nothing forthcoming in over two weeks. Why waste both of our time? Yes we did turn up and survey your property for free. Unfortunately the scope of works you requested including using your own electrician was not as per MCS requirements and we declined to quote as the standard of works would not be to MCS requirements
10 Fault finding in ground source system

Engineer very competent. Took time to establish the pump room arrangements, connection of ancillary items to Vaillant pump and kept me appraised throughout. Andy and his team designed a system for me that was to my requirements that I wanted which was able to store on site to stay off grid as much as possible in Summer and a system that will be able charge the batteries over night in Winter. The documentation and presentation of the system was of good quality along with the price being one of the best I seen for the same I was asking for. Andy explained the process in detail covering any questions I had about the system.
