So thankful to Jake for such a professional, expert service. He was fast, reliable and happy to answer any random questions I had. Worked with other trades for a fast and easy transition (sorry, I know that sounds like management speak!) Jake of Southwest bathrooms did a great job taking out existing suite, repaired and replaced a few floorboards, fitted a shower enclosure, gas radiator, vanity unit, toilet and multipanels. The finish was good. He worked hard, was polite, and listened to our requests every step of the way. Was trustworthy, professional, and reliable. After being left in the lerch by a scam so called builder, Jake was kind enough to take on the job to rectify and fit the bathroom and flooring that was never completed. He was very efficient and timely and nothing was a problem. All work was completed to a high standard. We needed a shower unit fitted at our offices. Jake arrived as agreed to give us an estimate. He was very competitive. We gave him the job and he was on site within a few days.
