I cannot fault the entire process from start to finish. The space was difficult and the layout made replacing the bathroom complicated. From day one Ruben was open and honest about what would work and what wouldn’t. Within 24 hours I had a catalogue of options and 3D images of what we had discussed. He happily gave advice and answered all my questions! The actual fitting took exactly the amount of time he predicted it would, despite some issues from the supplier that altered the schedule! I’d never use or recommend anyone else now and when I get my kitchen done he will be my first call!

We had the pleasure of using Southside renovations a year ago to fit a bathroom. Having been so pleased with the outcome we asked Reuben back to advise and fit a new suite in our en-suite to include a new floor and tiling. Reuben worked meticulously to ensure all areas of work were completed to the highest standard. Reuben kept us appraised of any issues and dealt quickly with the few issues that did arise from the supplier. If you want a job doing properly make sure you call Southside Renovations.

We had a full bathroom refit. Reuben was very tidy through all stages of his work. He was easy to talk to and responded quickly to all communication. He talked us through the design beforehand and kept us updated at all stages. We are really pleased with the final bathroom and would definitely use Reuben again.

Reuben was great to work with. He was friendly. communicated very well with us and treated us with respect. His workmanship was amazing and the bathrooms look great. Reuben was in constant contact with us and was always at the job and never needed to chased. I felt totally comfortable with him at my home and he treated my home with the respect and care. Excellent company, would highly recommend. They fitted our new bathroom and I love it! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful and it was completed on time and at the exact price of the original quote. In fact, we were so impressed with the work, we asked them to fit our new kitchen too. Again, I couldn't fault the excellent service and the kitchen is wonderful.

Recently bought my first property which needed a new kitchen (bit daunting!). Got a few quotes but was still unsure. Reuben took the time to understand what I wanted and made personal recommendations on how to make the space better. Cannot recommend highly enough. Priced very reasonably and was able to stay in budget. Can see Reuben takes his time and takes pride in his work. Couldn't ask for more. Will be using his services again for the bathroom!!
