  Really happy with the service. I needed some advice regarding structural work at my property and the engineers explained everything clearly, including what needed to be done and why. They were professional, easy to deal with and helped guide me through the process from the initial assessment to the drawings and structural calculations. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing structural engineering work.

  The guys did a great job for me. From the beginning they were fast and right to the point and for the nature of my extension was a bit tricky and they put maximum efforts and provided creative solution which saved me thausands with great satisfactory results. I highly recommend them.

  Structural suvey

  My overall experience was ok, up until they came to do the survey, Mojo arrived nearly an hour late be it he told me he was running late He carried out the survey and within 20 minutes to half hour he was completed. Casual dress on item of equipment was his mobile phone, He asked to look in the loft which as a ladder without letting me know he climbed onto a handrail which promptly feels to the floor he then threw the rail into a bedroom Never mentioned to me this had happend so I was a little annoyed due to the mess left and a rail on the floor Report was ok but no follow up re damage

  A Structural Design Company You Can Trust

  One of the best structural design companies I have come across so far. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and highly talented. I was stuck on a project involving multiple structural complications and had consulted several architects, but no one could provide a practical solution that could actually be implemented. Southshore Projects , especially Mr. Shay, truly made my life much easier. They came up with a well-thought-out structural design that addressed all the challenges and filled in the gaps, allowing me to turn the project into the beautiful home I had envisioned.

  My initial enquiry to have a structural survey completed as part of our house sale was responded to very quickly and Shayan was onsite within 24 hours. He was very informative and thorough with his review and provided a structural report with 3 working days. Excellent service, great communication and would definitely recommend.
