  Complete back to brick bathroom renovation and restructure

  We recently completed a three week back to brick renovation with SouthOne of our bathroom, where they took down an internal wall and completed a whole new fit out. Shaun and his team were amazing: everyone who came into our house did work to the highest standard and were respectful and communicative. When unexpected stuff came up, Shaun was great at talking us through what would happen and potential costs. We'd never done this before and that was so appreciated. The bathroom is amazing, and I really can't recommend them enough. Would definitely have them back.

  Stud wall installation, general renovation

  Shaun is one of life’s good guys. A genuinely decent human being who cares about the quality of his work. He takes a huge amount of pride in doing things the right way and never pressures you into spending money you don’t need to. The work he did on our place was beautiful. Will deffo be using him and his team again.

  Full bathroom refurbishment

  Shaun carried out a full bathroom strip out and refurb to a very high standard at a two bedroom property I own. Shaun managed the project from start to finish and his scope included strip out, all plumbing and electrical works, tiling, mastic and second fix. Works were carried out to a very high standard and managed professionally throughout. Great communication and clearly a very good eye for detail. Would recommend to anyone who wants a complete bathroom renovation carried out to a high spec and standard

  A shower room completely renovated

  I feel Shaun and his team Of South one , did an excellent job and I am very happy with the result . He and his team were professional . Courteous , pleasant and very helpful . I would recommend him and his firm to anyone wanting complete bathroom renovation or a smaller plumbing job .
