Contacted Mark regarding a problem with water ingress on the ground floor of a property I own. He came back quickly and we arranged a mutually agreeable date to visit the property a few days later. He arrived bang on time and quickly came up with a possible solution which involved fitting an outside drain and tanking the inside of the building in a localised area. A fair quote arrived within a day which I accepted and the work was carried out the following week over two days. The standard of Mark's work was excellent as was his timekeeping and tidiness.
