Contacted Mark regarding a problem with water ingress on the ground floor of a property I own. He came back quickly and we arranged a mutually agreeable date to visit the property a few days later. He arrived bang on time and quickly came up with a possible solution which involved fitting an outside drain and tanking the inside of the building in a localised area. A fair quote arrived within a day which I accepted and the work was carried out the following week over two days. The standard of Mark's work was excellent as was his timekeeping and tidiness. He was prompt to come and look and I accepted the quotation. Mark and Nick came and sprayed the loft in a fast clean and courteous manner. Very happy and it is now guaranteed against re infestation.
