I fully recommend this company as the job was not major but had a few complications which Matthew and his team dealt with diligently. However, I've marked the rating down a little because while I was happy with the outcome and would them again, there were a few hiccups that could have been mitigated better in hindsight. A highway licence for scaffolding was not applied for in a timely manner meaning they had to hang out my windows to apply sealant to the windows and place the passive vents in less-than-ideal positions. And their van broke down (no backup) meaning day 2 had to be rescheduled.

Needed a quote on damp and then work done to resolve it. He told me he would come on certain day and then messaged he would be running late but still coming. Was a no show and no message of explanation or apology.

Matthew and his team worked really hard to fix the damp we had with our flat. Very patient with my son who wanted to know what they were doing which was really nice to see. Communication was excellent and complete confidence in the work that was carried out

Such a relief that the work has happened. Very professional and tidy. Would definitely use again.
