Needed a quote on damp and then work done to resolve it. He told me he would come on certain day and then messaged he would be running late but still coming. Was a no show and no message of explanation or apology.

One work, Excellent. After discovering mould in a cupboard due to a leak I called on Matt and his team and they attended within the hour knowing the importance of damp and mould. The source of the leak was found to be the immersion heater which was sourced and replaced within 2 days. All mould was washed down and walls painted.
