Dominic was professional and responsive from our first briefing through to the completion of the works. He asked intelligent questions and explored different solutions so we could agree on the best approach before he commenced the works. He was clearly interested in doing the best possible job and was attentive to my needs and ambitions throughout the project, as well as being transparent around costs. Dominic is a great plumber.
