From the moment Mark the PC doctor turned up at my door, I trusted him. Not only is he professional, personable and funny, he really knows his stuff. My PC was slow as molasses in February and Mark's diagnosis was pretty much DOA. He helped me order a new bespoke system and came back to set it all up for me. I would highly recommend Mark the PC doctor, weather you just need a check-up or major surgery.

Not as simple as YouTube would have you believe. I would still be here today trying to fathom out the 'glitches' and problems, and getting rid of all the unnecessary rubbish collected over the years but not removed. One of the major problems was the transferer of data from one drive to another, Mark had to take the drive off-sight to sort the problem. Certainly not the first time I have used Marks services and no doubt won't be the last. I could have gone elsewhere and paid a more competitive price but would end up with other issues. Mark is super reliable discreet and trustworthy. Cheers Mark

Mark sorted out my slow running laptop. Really helpful, would highly recommend and will definitely use again for any future issues.
