Thought everything lost due to Microsoft's use of " Bitlocker ". Having just got problem with printer solved, was in danger of giving up on computers. Fortunately the "computer whisperer" come " AI Exorcist " rode to the rescue,. Just like the hero's of those 1950's westerns I used to watch as a kid. If you need help - he's you answerer.

Mark is an absolute diamond. I needed help with emails, I could not access one account which was frozen. This was rectified in a few minutes. Also set up new printer and print option on my phone. He was very patient as I am quite mature and not good with technology! I would thoroughly recommend him.
