Mark is an absolute diamond. I needed help with emails, I could not access one account which was frozen. This was rectified in a few minutes. Also set up new printer and print option on my phone. He was very patient as I am quite mature and not good with technology! I would thoroughly recommend him.

Situation:- my laptop holds significant data however access prevented by Bitlocker display additionally I was unable to access my Live E'mail account that holds 15 years of contact addresses. A dire situation, however a call to Southern PC Doctor Ltd., (07795278635) & a visit date & time agreed. To my enormous relief all were restored within less than one hour. The doctor succeeded where another organisation had failed.

Came on time, explained problem and Mark sorted it, further problem arose and Mark came back and fixed it next day. Would recommend him
