A first class service by Mark with careful attention to several issues associated with my PC. They were all addressed and resolved with many helpful comments about future management of my PC. The home service was a huge bonus at a very reasonable price.

We called in Mark from Southern PC Doctor to uplift two PCs to enable them to run Windows 11. Extra memory and new discs were installed along with the new operating system. The service provided was excellent with a quick response and a professional follow up once the job was completed. We are very pleased with the work and would certainly use Mark again. We certainly recommend Southern PC Doctor.

Mark very helpful in giving me advice when I wanted a new laptop, ordered for me then set it up. Showed me the basics as I was switching to Apple. Also made my iPhone and iPad compatible and improved the security. Always turned up at the time he had arranged with me.

I had a problem with a new laptop. Mark attended punctually and after patiently hearing my inarticulate explanation, quickly put the device right.

As usual, Mark was helpful and efficient and resolved our problems speedily.

2nd time I have used Mark to upgrade my desktop computer, this time from windows 10 to windows 11. Sounds simple, but way beyond my capability when I saw what was involved! Mark ordered everything required and had it all installed within a week, taking about 3 hours in all. He transferred all my existing files across including photos and gave me a full run down on what was different in Windows 11, discussed what icons I wanted where & everything done at a very competitive rate as well. I wouldn’t use anyone else, he is excellent. Willing to come back if I needed any help (not reqd)
