  First class experience. Thomas and his son visited my property straight away, listened carefully and demonstrated heaps of experience. No sooner had I explained the problem than two of the issues they sorted straight away saying 'I will just get my ladder out and fix that whilst we are chatting' without any assumption that I would give them the job - pure and simply, being kind and helpful. Very genuine and would not hesitate to use as a 'go to' expert anytime. Thank you, its so nice to meet people you can trust
