Sam and team have been helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout. From a clear quote, with no pressure but clear options with availability, through to booking in and then the workmanship. They kept us updated with each step of the job, and found solutions when the initial plan didn’t work out. I can't speak highly enough of these young men, for years I had put off having the moss cleared from my roof as I was worried about the cost and damage to the tiles. Sam and his assistant Dylan not only cleaned the roof at a very fair price but they also replaced tiles that had been held together by the thick moss completely free of charge. A gutter clearance and fascia & soffit clean was also included and I'm absolutely astonished at the result. They were employed by the freeholder to fix leaky gutters and to paint the outside of the building in December 23 and were told it would take 2 weeks to complete. They had 50% payment upfront. Due to bad weather in the first 3 months of 2024 they had only completed the guttering and painted 2/3 of the front of the building. Despite them making promises over multiple times to complete the work by the end of the July the building is still unfinished. We can clear gutters up to 4 stories high from ground level using our gutter vacuum and extendable pole system to remove all debris and blockages, we then check our work with a HD camera to ensure the gutter and downpipes are completely clear.
