10 Water heater failed

Water heater failed, emergency call out that ended up requiring several visits. The initial visit was within 4hrs and a temporary fix put in pkace whilst waiting for parts. Will and Ryan help keep our 5 rental HMO's in regulatory order with annual service and safety certificates, but are also always on hand for any problems between as well. They understand that for a rental, particularly HMO's, we can't have heating or hot water off for long, so they provide a brilliant service to avoid that happening.
