  Water heater failed

  Water heater failed, emergency call out that ended up requiring several visits. The initial visit was within 4hrs and a temporary fix put in pkace whilst waiting for parts. After the job was complete follow up call to check all was ok. Very friendly, efficient service.

  Multiple rental property service and inspections

  Will and Ryan help keep our 5 rental HMO's in regulatory order with annual service and safety certificates, but are also always on hand for any problems between as well. They understand that for a rental, particularly HMO's, we can't have heating or hot water off for long, so they provide a brilliant service to avoid that happening. Can't recommend highly enough (and I have recommended to friends who have used the guys too).

  Leaking hot water cylinder

  I contacted the company yesterday afternoon, Ryan came around a couple of hours later to diagnose the problem and gave me a quote. He contacted me this morning to say he had sourced a new cylinder and could fit it later today, which he did. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and tidied up after himself. Highly recommend and it was reasonably priced.

  Fitting a new kitchen tap

  Got straight through to someone unlike the other plumbers I tried. Phoned in the morning and someone came at lunchtime. He discovered that there was a part missing from the new tap I'd purchased but went out and bought a replacement AND got us a refund from the old one. Fitted the new tap expertly. polite, punctual and helpful. Would highly recommend.
