Hi and welcome. My name is Guy Jones and I am the owner operator of Southern Decorators (West). I am an NVQ level 2 qualified painter and decorator. I started my business in 2006 and have worked both in the commercial and domestic sectors. I am focusing on domestic now since the building industry decided to cut its prices, but increase the work load. I find that my work life balance is 100% improved since I made the switch.
I enjoy my work and am planning to expand once the time is right, taking on more labour and delving into larger contracts. Although the administration side has increased I have no plans to become office based. I cannot ever see myself not being on the tools, its too much fun and you get to meet an array of interesting and charming people as a free bonus.
