3 x missed appointments! Responded immediately to original query - came next day to give quote. Punctual, well mannered. I was happy to go ahead and we fixed a day. Received text 10.30 the night before that he could not come due to health reasons, so fixed another day the following week. Was a no show that date, no contact tiill the evening. His text said he had tried to call me but not according to my phone. I thought the job may have been too small, so asked if he still wanted to do it, he said yes and fixed a new date. Was a no show that day too, have received no contact since.

I was extremely happy with how Levi got this job done. He is very clear at explaining the work required and not only tidied up after himself but also tidied up the mess left by previous workers. He was very punctual and did exactly what he said he would. The work is also guaranteed.

Worrying damp patches noticed before Xmas’18, contacted Levi at Southern Counties Roofing for consultation +estimate. Contacted other companies for the same, Levi’s estimate was best on Price + Availability at short notice! 1st job (New Years Eve) -completed within 1day (back+ front of house) 2nd job (chimney) requested, also completed 1day. I was kept at ease and understood all the necessary advised to secure our home safely. Requested and provided photos of work. Professional and prompt communication. No mess, no noise, very polite team! No more damp appearing! Highly recommendable!!

They were prompt starting and finished on time. The staff were courteous and friendly. The left the work site relatively neat and tidy. I would recommend them and hire them again.
