Having been let down by one contractor we contacted Southern Artificial Grass. Gemma was very understanding of our predicament, quickly put our minds at rest and arranged a survey and booked us in for the work within 10 minutes. The survey was carried out by Cray and was informative and we were given a price there and then. Cray & Kane undertook the work without any fuss and very professionally. They completed it to schedule and left our garden, as if they hadn't been there (except for the new grass!!!), they were so tidy.

The team at Southern Artificial Grass were fantastic, they were very professional from the sales all the way through to completion. They cleaned up and left site immaculate, their work was exceptional. We have a very large rear garden and it took a lot of grass, the insulation is so tidy and you cannot see any joins at all. I can’t recommend this company and the team highly enough.

We used checkatrade to find a reliable business to supply and fit an artificial grass lawn. Southern Artificial grass had excellent reviews. We contacted them and Gemma emailed me almost immediately with an approximate quote ,which then followed up with a visit from Cray who assessed the job, bringing several samples for us to look at, and gave us a price for the whole job . We chose “Somerset “ which looks amazing! The job was done today and we are very happy with it. Professional, friendly service from start to finish. We would highly recommend this company .

Overall very positive experience. Competively priced, quality work, good communication. Cray and the install team were friendly, considerate and happy to adjust as and when needed. I'm really happy with the end result, would use again and highly recommend.

Top job done to a high standard would highly recommend and have them back for future projects.
