New worcester bosch boiler installed, as usual a very professional install, would highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Gary. He fitted a new radiator & fixed 2 leaking radiators. All work completed to an excellent standard. Gary has a lovely down to earth & friendly manner. He's calm, with a 'solution focused' approach. 5☆ service. Thank you Gary :)

I have used Gary's services previously and recently moved to a new house - given Gary's reliability and meticulous work, I called him to do a boiler service and check out a gas fire. As usual, Gary was prompt in responding to my request, serviced the boiler and gave advice on both appliances. I would highly recommend.

Gary from Southern & Western serviced my boiler last year and contacted me again recently to ask me if I wanted it done again. He quickly came back with an agreeable price and arranged to call today, letting me know when he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional and talked me through a couple of minor issues with the boiler which might need addressing at a later date. He took a long time doing the job and left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely use Southern & Western for future boiler services.
