  I highly recommend Igor. He communicated clearly from start to finish, arrived on time and did a top-quality job. He was respectful of the property, worked efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. His rates were very competitive too, making his excellent service even better.   Checking and repairing a fault on a kitchen socket ring

  Igor was brilliant. Quick to respond, available the sale day and very clear about the work he was doing, the fix he applied and recommended next steps. I had a fault on a socket ring which was causing the circuit breaker to trip. Having unplugged and turned off all relevant sockets I wasn’t sure what the issue was. Igor arrived when he said he would and efficiently identified the problem, applied a fix and gave me a very clear explanation of the problem with a recommendation of what to do next. Brilliant. Can’t fault him - would highky recommend him (SES is now on my speed dial!)

  Replace of extractor fan

  Igor was excellent - he reached out, asked for details, and suggested times he could attend. He arrived exactly when he said he would, looked over my extractor fan, talked me through a couple of options for replacing the fan, and was able to do the work right then and there. He even looked into a possible wiring issue in my bathroom at the same time, was super conscientious and lovely the entire time he was in my home, and left the bathroom spotless. Would highly reccomend!
