Joe was very receptive on the phone to discuss the problem on a Saturday: We made arrangements for Monday. He turned up at the correct time and identified that he needed a part. Job was all complete within the hour and toilet is repaired. Will use Joe again as very honest and no rip off call out fees that some plumbers were trying to visit me.

He arrived bang on time, verified the issues, collaborated on a workable solution that suited me without spending the earth on unnecessary parts . He speedily got the required parts and fitted with good humour and a clean workspace. Will certainly be using again for other work. Highly recommended.
