I phoned southdown stairlifts on Tuesday for a quote for a stairlift installation I spoke to Hugh who came over the same day received the quote early that evening on Wednesday after agreeing the price l got a time for Thursday afternoon . It was installed by two very nice chaps called Matt and Lance after less than 3 hours the job was done .They showed how to use the controls and all the safety controls everything was completed efficiently from my first phone call to completion . Brilliant. I would highly recommend this company.

Contacted Southdown lifts on Monday 19th with a view to hire one. He called on Tuesday 20st to assess and advise. After agreeing what I wanted, he said he could install the lift that afternoon. It all went to plan. Lift was installed later that day. Couldn't fault anything from start to finish. The cost of £500 includes installation, removal 2 months free rent then £50 per month..

I needed my stairlift fixed as for 13 days it had been out of action and I’d been let down by the installers. Lance knew the stairlift I had and after explaining the problem he was able to give me a rough idea of what the likely problem was, an idea if it was what the likely cost would be. This was the Sat I phoned and I was given an appointment for the following Tuesday and more importantly a time as I’d sat in all day for my previous engineers to attend and they didn’t.

The stairlift was installed very quickly and efficiently within 2 days of placing the order. The fitters stayed until we were familiar and completely happy with the operation of the stairlift

Contacted Southdown Stairlifts for advice about the possibility of a stair lift being suitable for my property. The managing director visited me the same day who explained thoroughly every detail about the stair lift that would be suitable with absolutely no sale pressure. Took measurements there and then and arranged installation the next day. Engineer arrived at the time stated and installed the stair lift for me and was extremely professional throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Southdown Stairlifts to anyone who requires advice or installation of a stair lift.
