We were very impressed with South Downs Removals and really couldn’t fault them. Good price, good communication, friendly, arrived when they said they would and the three guys who moved us worked very efficiently and did an excellent job. I hope not to move again for a very long time but would definitely recommend to others.

Really helpful team, seamless move, thanks

I needed to move a heavy and awkward fridge / freezer from an outside building into our utility room. This was too small a job for most, but SDR were immediately positive when I phoned and happy to help. Two days later and they were there on time to do the job and couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend the firm to anyone and will certainly be using them again.

Will and his men proved efficient, polite and trustworthy. The move was not straight forward as exchange and completion happened on the same day. We had not even exchanged when the house was empty and the vans packed. Will remained committed to the date nevertheless and we were in frequent contact several days before. In the end the team spend five more hours than was expected and quoted for. Will was honest about the loss he would occur because of the delays. I paid the extra hours worked by his men. Southdown is a new company making its way in a competitive industry. I recommend them.
