  Annual Boiler Service - carried out by Byron. What is important to me is that Southdowns Plumbing & Heating Engineers can be relied upon. They are our go-to plumbers for the past 7 years. They are diligent, clean, professional workers. They are willing to listen/explain/ discuss/clarify plumbing issues in lay-mans terms. They maintain consistently high standards-no cutting corners.   Colin and Byron were very friendly nd helpful. The replied quickly to any queries and dealt with the quote efficiently. They actually did the work before the date they originally suggested which was very helpful as the old boiler was playing up. I would thoroughly recommend them.

  Small job - great service

  Great service from Colin & Byron. Only an annoying problem with a toilet cistern, so a small job but they treated it as important and Colin was round the following day in between other jobs to sort it. Highly recommend.
