Simon helped to clear 30 years of accumulated family stuff from the lift and garage. He was reliable, professional, trustworthy and genuinely recycled as mush of the pieces as possible. He also gave some useful pieces to good causes. I highly recommend Simon. He will be helping clear my father’s family house in the future.

So I had no hesitation in asking him to clear my mother's house. I was on a tight deadline with contract exchange and completion coming up in two weeks' time, but Simon started immediately and completed the clearance on time for me to hand over to the new owners.
