We’ve had whole house renovated. Mitch is a top guy, 100% reliable and trustworthy. He keeps client service and communication at the very top. Never had to chase him for anything. Handles his team very efficiently and the team is great. Very happy with work and certainly would use him again.

Really great working with Mitch. A nice person to work with, very experienced and well connected with a range of subcontractors to carry out other parts of the project. He has a lot of builders working for him which meant the work could be done quickly and they can handle larger projects easily with the manpower capabilities. The job was done to a high standard, and the build control inspector very happy to sign it all off. Will be going straight to Mitch in future for any further building needs!

Mitch and his team carried out an integral garage conversion for us. We went with South Downs based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. From the start his experience, and also familiarity with the houses on our estate, gave us real confidence. A couple of issues cropped up and Mitch was able to quickly provide a solution on each occasion . We would certainly use South Downs again.

Mitch and his team did a fantastic job building us a large 4 bed house from groundworks through to first fix. Mitch worked well with us throughout the project, helping us stay to budget and kept everything running on time. We are delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Mitch and his team to anyone taking on a similar project.

I asked Mitch to replace some tired old concrete paving at the front of my property with some Indian Sandstone. It was a professional and well executed job and the price was good. I am delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in using Southdowns again or recommending them. It’s a family run business and they take pride in their work and leave a high quality result. The cost was very reasonable and the fact Mitch could squeeze me in at relatively short notice was a real bonus.
