    Renovation of hall, stairs and landing

    Jake and his team were friendly and courteous. There was, however, an overall lack of care and attention to detail. Very untidy and messy workers with a lack of respect for the surrounding areas of my home. Very disappointing and unprofessional finish to the job in general, particularly redecorating. Jake accepted and did attempt to recover some of the faults and agreed a very small reduction to final invoice to recognise that much of the work had to be done again. Very disappointing.

    Cladding on two story outside wall replaced

    The guys were brilliant, simple as. Clearly really cared about the work they were doing. I especially want to highlight their excellent communication, especially when harsh weather was intervening during the period, and their consideration for both when they needed to enter the property and the final extra finishing touches.

    Jake was great with this job and fitted us in around other work. The work was completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. The work area was kept clean at all times as well- clearer up any major mess that was made.
