We contacted South Coast Pest Control as we had an insect infestation in bedrooms. Having sent photos for identification Frank rang up and identified the type of insect. He gave some very useful advice such as that we needed to reduce the humidity and that was a better solution than using their services. It was such a relief to know the way forward and we asked if we could pay for his advice but they wouldn't take any money for it. We really valued his honesty in not recommending a fumigation. Communication was brilliant and fast. Would highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the professional service that was given from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. If you are looking for a reliable and honest company for pest control, look no further.

Excellent service, first attempt failed, came and treated again, this time it worked. Steve came back after this to check all was good. Extremely punctual and courteous guys. Would 100% recommend SCPC.

Although Frank was unable to help us as he was so busy he recommended an alternative company who dealt with our issue quickly and well, and we are very impressed with how quickly he got back to us and also how well the other company dealt with the situation.
