Southcoast maintenance were so good. They came out to me and listened to what I wanted . Gave me some fantastic ideas and basically designed my bathroom for me . The end result is amazing! I love my new bathroom. Will definitely be recommending them and using them again

WELL THE ONLY WORD I CAN REALLY USE IS EXCELLENT. AARON GAVE ADVICE ON ALL ASPECTS WHICH I ACTED UPON AS IT WAS SOMETHING I HAD NOT CONSIDERED BUT MADE THE ENSUITE LOOK EVEN BETTER. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND WHY HE THOUGHT IT WAS BETTER WHICH I ALWAYS AGREED WITH. ALWAYS ASKED IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK CARRIED OUT AT EACH DAY, WHICH I WAS!! TIDIED UP EACH DAY AS WELL. VERY VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND AND WOULD CERTAINLY USE AGAIN. ALSO NEED TO MENTION JOSH WHO WORKED ON THE PROJECT. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT AND EXTREMELY SKILLED.

I have used SCM in the past and asked for them to assist me with my toilet. Whilst they were there I asked for them to carry out multiple little jobs which they were more than happy to help with I.e. adjusted three doors and hung a large mirror

We had 5 of our ceilings mist coated and painted. The communication was excellent and I can’t fault the work! I would highly recommend using south coast maintenance! It’s the third time I’ve used them and every-time they’ve been friendly and quick to reply. They are reasonable priced and quick to finish the job!

SCM where great helping us design and build two wall units from MDF. from our drawings and some online pictures they built the units in our room and did a good job.

They did a really great job of removing our ensuite, including fitting new flooring and making the walls good. They were quick to communicate and tidied up as they went along. When there was a small, unavoidable leak that caused a crack in our ceiling below, they fixed it at no extra charge and you can't tell it happened now. Highly recommended, we will certainly use them again in future.
