Absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Aaron and Josh. We had a leak in our bathroom extension roof which required replacing of the internal ceiling and insulation and replastering. Initially, a few broken tiles and repointing was thought to be the exterior work but once started, Aaron saw that the batons and felt required replacing too in order to make the roof watertight. Aaron and Josh ensured this work was done the next day and we could not be more pleased with their work. Efficient, excellent standard and very impressive plastering skills on a curved ceiling. Highly recommend.

Communication was fantastic from the moment I rang Aaron. He was very reassuring and kept me updated on when they would be able to attend. The leaky stop valve ending up being more problematic than first expected, but Aaron honestly couldn't have been more helpful in getting things sorted, returning to our property in record time and letting us know if we faced any further issues he would return. Aaron was also very kind to not make me feel like an idiot when I called him in a panic thinking my toilet was leaking from the base when it was actually my cat's water fountain overflowing!

Great workmanship on our downstairs toilet. They also worked fast and left the place clean & tidy. Highly recommend (and were fairly priced!)

I had an issue with my toilets intermittently refilling - Naomi was very helpful in getting a quote to me and booking me in the following day. Josh carried out the required work of fitting new fill and flush valves on two toilets. Turned up on time and got the job the done quickly and efficiently. Thanks very much - would definitely use SCM again if needed!

Quick tidy work, the guys were friendly and polite and explained what they were doing. Couldn't fault the actual work or friendliness or customer service on the day. Admin wise, prompt communication to start with, slower once I'd agreed to use them, and a diary mix up meant rearranging, but they were apologetic and quick to suggest a new time, and again, friendly and polite. Overall would recommend.
