  Came to fix overflow in toilets and also tank in roof. Really clear on problem. Explained in really well and just got on and did it. Really polite and helpful. Brad you are fantastic. Thank you!!

  We had a new boiler system installed

  They were quite good at installing the system, but for services and repairs are shocking we have waited for a return call for now 1 year. Have had boiler serviced by another company and found a crack in the burner installation panel. Phoned South Coast and they told us Viesman would have to come out and that it would take a couple of weeks.So tried phoning them no answer. I have contacted Viesman and found out the boiler warranty hasn't even been sent to them and now have to pay for this ourselves also they can do repairs in a couple of days. So please be careful with this company

  They are very friendly, they come when they say they come, they left the place tidy afterwards and they are nice to have in your house.
