From start to finish Southcoast Facias & Roofing proved to be the correct choice. A competitive quotation, and a full understanding of the work that needed to be completed. Good communication coupled with their 10 guarantee gave me the confidence to go ahead with the work.

Connor was prompt to visit my place and to provide a quote for a wonky gutter. He explained clearly what he would do. Once the quote was agreed, he was quick to come around and fix issues.

Excellent service from the team at South Coast Facias & Roofing. Fitted a new window in our dinning area at a very competitive price. The replacement unit include a top opening which was an upgrade to the old unit. Team were very polite and punctual. Kept the work area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them.

Had Dan and Connor change all of the old wooden facia’s and guttering to new UPVC. I originally chose Southcoast Facia and roofing for their knowledge during quote. Not only did they talk me through the work, they were the only company who got a ladder out and actually checked what they were going to do was achievable. That gave me confidence in them. Full scaffolding was quickly erected without damaging anything and the full house was completed in 3 days with the scaffolding removed immediately. Couldn’t ask for a quicker job. I will also say the completed job has exceeded my expectations.

This company was recommended to me. Came out to quote promptly, seemed knowledgeable & did a temporary repair, however, failed to respond to requests/messages for written quote/cost breakdown, so sadly had to go elsewhere.
