  Roof Felt Replacement

  South Coast Builders were excellent, in particular Luke who supervised the felt replacement on the roof felt on our bungalow. The opertion ran like clockwork due to Luke's organisation of scaffolders, solar panel and gas engineers. Job was completed in three days including erection and removal of scaffolding.

  Loft conversion and new Bathroom

  Andy and his team completed a loft conversion which included complete removal of out existing roof and installation for a new double dormer structure. They also replaced our family bathroom as part of the works. We couldn't be happier with the finished job. Andy managed all the trades and professional team from start to finish. Highly recommended

  Garage conversion

  South Coast builders came in and gave a very reasonable quote to us for converting our integral garage. They were quick, professional, tidy and thorough and kept us well informed especially when issues arose from previous occupants bodged work. They stuck to the quote and were helpful with good prices for the unexpected work. Overall we are very happy with the finished room and the quality of work.

  New kitchen

  I cannot recommend Andy from South coast Builders Ltd and the team he outsources to for specialist pieces like plastering, plumbing and electrical work highly enough. He and his team kept me up to date with progress throughout the project, were quick to confirm my happiness with any changes and worked with the utmost professionalism to complete the job to time. When there were issues with parts not supplied / damaged from the supplier, Andy even went the extra mile sorting these.
