  Earl installed a new boiler for us. He was able to come and complete the job promptly and kept me very well informed about the job both before and during the installation. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the job and I am very happy with his level of service. Great, fast service, I would definitely recommend him!

  Fantastic Service

  Earl was wonderful, he arrived promptly thoroughly assessed problems unlike the last engineer. Nothing was too much trouble, even when unexpected issues arouse he remained calm and sought solutions. I would definitely recommend Earl for his integrity, honesty and professionalism.

  Heating Calibration Fixed!

  Earl was fantastic. He fixed my heating quickly and effectively, and what really stood out was how clearly he explained the issue and what I can do in the future to prevent it happening again.   Great , fast and competitive service on a Friday night callout

  It’s 7.30pm on a Friday night and the boiler wont work after suddenly shutting down. It’s mid February, cold and we've got a 7 week old baby & a six year old in a cold flat with no heating or hot water. Tried several ‘out of hours ‘ companies but all on answerphone or just no reply. Thankfully we found Earl at South City Heating , Croydon . What a great guy and craftsman ! Was with us within half an hour , diagnosed & sorted the fault. Considering he was with us for over an hour the call out charge was very reasonable. Highly recommended and would use him again without hesitation.

  Excellent Service from South City Heating - Reliable and Professional Heating Engineer

  Earl from South City Heating installed our new Vaillant boiler last year, and we’ve just had the first annual service. He’s reliable, professional, and genuinely takes pride in his work. Whether it’s a new boiler, radiators, or general heating support, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Earl.
