Alastair and the team installed soundproofing in my floor to help with airbourne noise from my neighbours below. They were really communicative throughout the process in terms of options that would be best and arrived on time to complete the work (finishing earlier than expected!). They also tidied up afterwards so there was hardly any mess to sort once finished. It is still early days to see how effective it has been but from what I can tell it has reduced the noise significantly ! Would definitely use them again

Ryan contacted me and took the time to explain the various options available to me. He then visited to reconfirm the recommendation and finalise the quote. The team dealing with the installation arrived on time and completed the work on time, to a high standard, and with minimal disruption. I would be delighted to use them again.

Soundproofing floor and ceiling. 9/10. It’s a life-saver. Has met expectations and all the guys did a 1st class job. Really pleased! 2: Flooring and communication. 3/10. I agreed with the team that an unlevel floor would be improved and a dip in the middle of the room raised as much as possible. What I got is a floor that’s worse than before in terms of level with the dip remaining and lumps & unevenness that were not there before. I raised this with Ryan and was totally ignored. Unfathomable that this is so bad compared to the rest of the job. To be ignored after paying £20k is unacceptable.

We have been plagued by the sounds of our upstairs neighbours, not their fault, there was no sound insulation between the floors of our 1950's built flats. We wanted sound insulation, but we only have access from below. London Sounproofing for Us came, quoted and explained the process. This is not a job for DIY and well worth the money. Miguel and Alistair, and their teams, arrived exactly when they said and worked efficiently and as clean as possible, and their communication was fabulous. They arranged for the plasterer and decorator to finish the works. We are delighted with the results.

Firstly a huge thank you to Miguel, Elon and Felipe for an amazing job on the soundproofing. They were hardworking, courteous and professional throughout the week they were with us. Ryan was also great taking the time to come to our home, explaining the different soundproofing options and was a good communicator by email. We had real issues with impact and airborne noise from our downstairs neighbours in our 90 year old flat. The soundproofing has made a big difference. We were told about 70% reduction in noise and believe that has been achieved. Thank you for making our lives calmer!
